About
A couple of guys, and a strong opinion.
ezwp is a small, hands-on operation out of the Greater Pacific Northwest. We’re not a web design agency, we don’t want to rebuild your site, and we’re not going to hand you off to an account manager. What we do is put a working AI crew on the WordPress site you already own.
Why this exists
The ground has moved twice.
Between us, we’ve got decades of combined experience across technology and design work — long enough to have watched the ground under local businesses move twice. The first time was mobile. Plenty of good local businesses had sites that worked fine on a desktop and were unusable on a phone, and a lot of them waited too long to care. The ones that moved early spent a few hundred dollars. The ones that waited spent a few thousand and lost two years of customers in between.
This is the second time. People ask an assistant before they ask a neighbor, and the assistant gives one answer, not a page of options. If it doesn’t know your business well enough to name you, you were never in the running — and you’ll never see the lead you didn’t get. Meanwhile the same owner is still under a truck at 2pm, missing the call that came in at 2:04. That problem is older than the internet, and nobody ever solved it, because the solution used to mean hiring a person. It doesn’t anymore.
That’s the whole reason ezwp exists. “Work out what actually helps someone, build that, and don’t sell them the rest.”
How it’s made
Built with Claude. Shipped by people who’ve done this a while.
The work here is done with AI, hand in hand. Claude drafts, we direct it, and nothing reaches a site until someone who’s been doing this a while has read it and decided it’s right. We move fast with good tooling — but a human reads every word before it ships. That’s the opposite of a mill that spins up a hundred sites a week and leaves you to find what’s wrong with yours.
Most clients are onboarded directly by our onboarding agent — fast, no waiting on a callback. We stay hands-on ourselves for our first beta clients while we make sure that process is right.
How we work
Four things we won’t move on.
01 — You own everything.
Your domain, your host, your logins, your site. We install onto what you have and can be uninstalled out of it just as cleanly. Nothing we do holds your business hostage.
02 — Watched before it scales.
New agents get turned on and watched before the next one joins them. Switching everything on at once is how you end up apologizing to a customer.
03 — A human reads the transcripts.
Every month somebody actually looks at what your agents said and corrects what they got wrong. An agent nobody checks is a liability with a friendly tone.
04 — We’ll tell you not to buy.
If your problem is a phone that rings twice a week, an agent won’t fix it and we’ll say so on the call. A bad fit costs us a client; a bad install costs us a reputation.
We go first
Our first client was us.
Before asking anyone to let an agent answer their phone, we ran the whole agency on one. Fourteen agents handle the front desk, the writing, and the invoicing on this site — and when something broke, we wrote that down too. If we ever pitch you something we haven’t run ourselves, you should fire us.
We’re a customer of the agent platform we install, on the same terms you’d be, and that’s the reason we find out early what these things do well and where they fall over.
Straight answers
What we’re not.
Not a web design agency.
We don’t do redesigns, brand work, or logos. If your site genuinely needs rebuilding, we’ll tell you honestly and point you at someone who does that well — it just isn’t us.
Not a software company.
You’re not buying a login and a dashboard to figure out yourself. The agents are configured by hand against your business and looked after by people who know it.
Not a reseller.
We don’t white-label somebody else’s chatbot and mark it up. We run this crew on our own business first, which is why we’re willing to put our name on it.
Not big.
A small team, not an agency machine. That means you talk to whoever does the work, and it also means we take on a small number of clients at a time — we’ll say so instead of overselling.
Let’s talk about your site.
No sales team here. Twenty minutes with someone who builds it, and a straight answer about whether it’s worth doing.
